My mom was looking to trade in her 4 year old vehicle for something 2024 or 2025. She had test driven a couple different makes locally at a dealer in Ft Walton but wasn’t really excited about them, they didn’t have the comfort level she was looking for, especially for long trips. My husband and I had purchased 2 vehicles from Mr Pink in Pensacola in recent years and had been super happy with his high level of customer service. My husband suggested to my mom that she test drive a Cadillac SUV, and he called Mr Pink who agreed to meet with us the next afternoon. We were so impressed with the amount of time he took speaking to my mom to ascertain what features in a vehicle were most important to her. He and Marie Moore really went out of their way to give her an amazing car buying experience- even locating a vehicle with the interior and exterior color she wanted at another dealership and bringing it to Pensacola for her the next day. Marie spent a couple hours teaching my mom all about the high tech features of her 2025 Cadillac XT4 so that she wouldn’t feel overwhelmed when she left the dealership. Big big thanks to Mr Pink and Marie for their exceptional customer service and making my mom’s car buying experience great!
